Eric Goodman, DC, is the founder of and a managing partner of Foundation Training, LLC. He has written 3 books. Foundation: Redefine Your Core, Conquer Back Pain, and Move with Confidence was published in 2011 and introduced the world to the early stages of Foundation Training. True to Form: How to Use Foundation Training for Sustained Pain Relief and Everyday Fitness was published in 2018, covering how to integrate the movements into everyday life. The most recent publication in 2022, Foundations of Health, explains the science behind the endogenous cannabinoid system and how it can be stimulated in natural and healthy ways. Dr. Goodman continues to treat and lecture around the world.

Jessie Salas is program director and a managing partner of Foundation Training, LLC. He began his career as a firefighter, where strength was not just an asset but a necessity for staying alive. His time with the Orlando fire department allowed him the experience of seeing which modalities worked best in real life, along with how different learning and teaching styles impacted progress of those he coached. He loved being part of the fire service but when offered the opportunity to help people on a bigger scale, he could not resist. Jessie utilizes his role as program director to improve not only how to teach an exercise but how to empower individuals to help themselves.

Alli Cost, MS, OTR-L, is an occupational therapist. With a passion for innovating in creative circumstances, she served Peace Corps in both Tanzania and Grenada. She has a drive to empower individuals & communities through simple, sustainable changes. Foundation Training is a cornerstone of how she helps others improve their quality of life.

Evan Halquist is a firefighter. Like most firefighters he charged hard in life and his body started to breakdown. He discovered Foundation Training and has take on the mission to improve first responders health and wellness. Evan has created research proven programs for the LA county fire department and continues and continues to strive for improving the quality of life for all individuals he works with.

Lorena Lee, DAOM, LAc, is a Doctor of Acupuncture based out of San Diego, California. She integrates the modalities of acupuncture and Chinese medicine with Foundation Training. She treats both athletes and patients with emotional stress, anxiety, insomnia, infertility, and digestive issues. She is thrilled to be able to help her patients relearn how to walk, breathe, and move properly with FT.

Sean is a personal trainer. His passion for the wellness industry and helping others began with his own 150 lb weight loss transformation and expanded when he recovered from severe injuries. His career in the fitness industry has included many roles including educator, speaker, and coach. When he discovered Foundation Training in 2013 his life and career were changed. He has shared, practiced, and taught Foundation Training every day of his life since then.

Nicole is a fitness coach. She was a gymnast in her formative years, played soccer throughout high school, and transitioned into Muay Thai, Krav Maga and CrossFit as an adult. After back surgery, Nicole found Foundation Training and was able to be a confident and pain free athlete again. Nicole has a passion for motivating and inspiring people to be their best and find body awareness through fitness, especially through Foundation Training.

Matt Wiest, DC, is a chiropractor. He is driven towards the health and wellness approach of striving to empower and educate communities in their physical and mental well-being. He is focused on breathing & stress management to help teach individuals how to perform, respond, & connect under stress.
